Set in a medieval dungeon, the evil sorceress- played by Mistress Persephone, and her guard- played by Mistress Panora have captured the general of an opposing army and plan on giving him a brutal interrogation to find out who his allies are. The general denies any knowledge of his allies and is put thru many severe beatings at the hands of the cruel guard. He is unmercifully strapped, paddled, and caned. The Sorceress is becoming angry that her interrogation methods are not producing results so she orders the guard to continue the torture with flogging on the general's chest, and then a vicious bullwhipping. The general is still not talking so the sorceress orders the guard to wipe a brine soaked rag on his wounds and then he is placed in a hanging iron cage where they continue his torture with even more devious methods.

This is a remake of the timeless campy classic. Master Tom plays Ming the Ruthless, and as the video starts out he is interrogating the nude muscular Prince Baring with the strap and bullwhip. Persephone, who plays Ming's daughter- Princess Aurora is about to be interrogated also when Flash, played by Bart, charges into the dungeon, only to be frozen by Ming's magical ring.
