- How long will my videos take to arrive?
We ship Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days for anywhere in the USA. We usually ship the day the order is placed or the following day in discrete packaging.
- What if I'm ordering from another country?
We ship to anywhere in the world via "Small packet air." This usually takes 4-7 days.
- Do you offer PAL conversions?
We no longer offer PAL conversions.
- Do you offer overnight shipping?
Currently we do not offer this service.
- How can I be in a Syren Productions video?
We are always looking for new talent, both men and women. We prefer that you are local to LA but this is not absolutely required.

- Are all Syren Titles available of DVD?
No, Some of our older Titles have not yet been converted to the DVD formate. We are gradualy getting around to all of them.
