Technical Support
If you do need to contact us please be as detailed as possible with your questions and supply any helpful information about your browser and operating system. For membership issues supply your username and or your transaction number. This will make it faster and easier to assist you. Please first make sure you are using a current browser. Firewalls and security settings blocking cookies can also create problems accessing the members area. Provide all helpful information about your system when contacting us!
The movies on the site are Windows Media, Flash and Realmedia files. All Syren features are high quality Wmv files. The Realmedia files require a media player that plays REAL media files. Many are available and you can get one directly from REAL.com or use a Real Alternative. Click the link that says free player. No purchase is necessary. AOL users, if you are having trouble with the site please try using Internet Explorer and the real player instead of the aol browser and media player.
We use a password protection service. This is necessary because so many people make it a full time job to try and hack membership sites. Your password could become disabled if it is being used by to many different people or if it goes over and certain amount of data over a certain amount of time. Both on these restrictions are necessary. Our intention is not to limit our members. People have joined the site and hot linked all our content to their members areas and a download limit allows us to track this. If you account gets disabled it will be enabled again in 24 hours. Email WorkHorse if this happens and I will address this quickly for you. To many incorrect usernames and password combinations will also trigger your account to be disabled for a brief period. If this happens please contact workhorse to verify your information and wait 10 minutes before inputting your account info.
